The Fendo FS-19 slicer / strip cutter is especially suited for slicing, cutting into strips and dicing fresh boneless meat, fish, poultry and some vegetables both cooked and raw. The high-speed circular blades provide an extremely smooth cutting process

The machine is suitable for most butchers or kitchens and is capable of slicing a maximum 1.5kg piece at one time. The meat is automatically pulled into the machine and after cutting the slices of meat will drop into the meat container.
