The Pacific 200L Bowl Cutter is a powerful and feature packed bowl cutter that is safe, reliable and suitable for food processing; cutting meat and vegetable. This used machine was traded in by a customer upgrading to a larger model. Was only used for a couple years and was regularly serviced. Since taking it back, we have had a full service done on the machine, and an overhaul of the electrics, included fitting a new cooling system, new PLC and HMI controls.

Featuring simple to operate controls, 4 knife speeds & 2 bowl speeds,an integrated bin lifter, motorised lid & un-loader, it is manufactured from all stainless steel.
Food grade 304 stainless steel construction.
Powerful 62kw motor.

Integrated safety, if the lid is opened during operation an e-stop is performed.
